Written request addressed to the High Commissioner<\/p>\n<p>2. Death certificate.<\/p>\n<p>3. Affidavits of content.<\/p>\n<p>4. Cameroonian ID of the Deceased.<\/p>\n<p>5. Embalming certificate.<\/p>\n<p>6. Authorisation to take the body out of the UK or the Scandinavian region.<\/p>\n<p>7. Free from infection certificate.<\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\"><span style=\"color: #339966;\"><strong>NB:<\/strong><\/span> <span style=\"text-decoration: underline; color: #e02b20;\">In addition to the above documents, the family will need to obtain a burial permit, and an authorization from the Service of Social and Cultural Affairs of the Central or Littoral Region signed by a Senior Divisional Officer (Le PREFET).\u00a0<\/span><\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\"><span style=\"text-decoration: underline; color: #e02b20;\">This will allow for the transfer\/entrance of the mortal remains into the region (Douala\/Yaound\u00e9).
