The Consular Service is open from Monday – Thursday at the following times:

· 10:00 am – 1:00 pm For submission of documents and other consular matters

· 1:00 pm – 4:00 pm The Consular Service is CLOSED to the users.

· 4:00 pm – 4:30 pm The Consular Service re-opens for collection of documents and other consular matters

 Biometric passport collection

Collections are available from 4:00pm to 4:30 pm Monday till Wednesday inclusive. Any specific collection time outside these times will be stipulated on individual passport application receipts.

**The Consular Service is CLOSED for users on Friday. There will be no walk-in services. The service will still be open to answer phone calls and emails. **
